Credits, Exchanges and Revisions Only. Wigs will be exchanged or revised as long as they are in the ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 DAYS of receipt. If the wig has been worn, has make-up on the bonnet, or has been trimmed, we CANNOT exchange for sanitary reasons.

Sorry No Refunds. Deposits are required to make a custom unit. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. No refunds will be given. No exceptions. The deposit is applied 100% towards the cost of making a custom wig.
